Coaching is all about personal change. And a coach is normally someone who has the experience and wisdom to make you see a side of you that is new, exciting and inspiring. Often also, a coach will show you parts that you may not like so well, but that you nevertheless need to deal with in order to become a more complete and effective human being.

The drawback of a traditional coaching situation is that is, like psychotherapy for example, can be a very mental and verbal experience. Once it has been decided that a trajectory of change will be initiated, it can be very hard to keep the process of change going in a good way.

And this is where yogic coaching comes in. In kundalini Yoga we know many techniques to adjust the human system to the requirements of modern living. Every kind of mental tension, yes even every thought, has a relationship to the mind body system. By working on the mind body through yogic exercises and meditation techniques, we can achieve inner freedom from that pains and shackles of the past. We become self-propelled, self-motivated, action oriented positive people who can live and stand for something in life.
